Business Training and Workforce Development

We bring top-level speakers and consultants to the Balkans to provide training to business professionals on relevant topics. We partner with the American Chamber of Commerce and other local organizations to organize and offer these events to the business community. Training topics have included motivational sales, franchising, customer service, strategic planning, and improving organizational efficiency.

We also organize workforce development seminars and trainings to assist individuals in taking the next step in their careers. We have held trainings, for example, on writing a CV, promoting female entrepreneurship, developing a customer-centered mindset, and improving business English.
